Who is Jabba?


Jabba Communications is one of the pioneering leaders in providing the Internet to RV Resorts and Manufactured Home Communities. Owners of the resorts have chosen Jabba to be their exclusive Internet provider to their resort, their residents and guests.


What kind of internet is available to me?


Jabba provides two wireless Internet solutions that are for two types of customers;


Motorhomes, RVs, and Travel Trailers - Anyone in an RV that is at the park in a temporary basis can connect to Jabba’s wireless network right from their device.  


Manufactured Homes and Park Models- All Park Model and Manufactured Home residents will need an outdoor antenna to receive Jabba service. The outdoor antenna will allow users to connect to the Jabba encrypted signal and provide consistent, dependable service to guaranteed package speeds.


What is an outdoor antenna?


The outdoor antenna is about the size of the average adult’s hand. It will be professionally installed onto the customer’s unit with regards to the park rules and regulations. An Ethernet cable connects the antenna to the customer’s wireless router installed along the path the customer has chosen with the installer. This customized professional installation includes the antenna, the router setup, and connection to all customer devices.


What service plans are available to me?


Jabba offers: daily (24 hour), weekly and monthly service plans, all contract free! 

Please refer to the service plan rate flyer provided by Jabba. All service plans include unlimited usage so no data caps, no fees to start, stop, or suspend service. The price on the flyer is the price customers pay. There are no hidden fees or hidden charges. 


How do I sign-up for Jabba high-speed Internet service?


For returning outdoor antenna customers - Plug in the power to your antenna first, wait 60 seconds, then power on your wireless router. From your Internet ready device, connect its wireless adapter to your wireless router’s password protected network. Open a browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari) to any non-secured website, which will be automatically redirected to the Jabba login page, login with the Jabba username and password chosen at installation.


For returning DSL customers - After connecting your DSL modem to the phone line, power it on and wait for the ADSL light to go solid and then power on your router. From your Internet ready device, connect its wireless adapter to your wireless router’s password protected network. Open a browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari) to any non-secured website, which will be automatically redirected to the Jabba login page, login with the Jabba username and password chosen at installation.


 Wifi/Hotspot Customers – Look for available wifi connections from your device’s wifi adapter.  You will be looking for connections named either Jabbaxxx (xxx = numbers or letters) or some variation of the (abbreviated) park name followed by xxx (xxx = numbers or letters).  Choose the connection with the best signal to connect to. Open a browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari) to any non-secured website and you will be automatically redirected to the Jabba login page.  At the bottom, select the new user link and then choose the package and length of time you want. Continue to fill in each required field until the congratulations page. Close and re-open your browser to get to the Jabba login page and enter in the username and password you just created. Upon acceptance you can now surf the Internet.  Follow these beginning steps to sign into Jabba for each of your devices up to the maximum allowable for each park.

Jabba provides award winning customer service with our patient and local Technical Support Department. We will help assist you with any issues and/or answer any questions you might have at (602) 235-0591 any day of the week 6am to 8pm MST.  Alternatively, once your account has been created, your 24/7 access to the customer portal can be utilized at www.jabbacom.com then selecting "click here to manage my account". Login with the username and password created initially to affect anything customer service can which includes making payments, suspending service, or increasing bandwidth.
